What will you do?
Your previous experience will enable you to be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will deal with a broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work. Some development experience would be helpful but is not essential.
Wolferstans’ commercial property team are one of the largest and most experienced in Plymouth. Our target market are SME developers and sophisticated business clients with property needs and we position ourselves as specialists in the sector with exceptional client service front and centre of our offering. Our team broadly fits into three specialisms. One dealing with clients in the housebuilding sector, in particular small and medium sized (SME) house building developers, secondly dealing with corporate occupiers and thirdly dealing with clients in the “third sector”.
We act for a number of regional house builders, developers, landowners and promoters, supporting clients through site acquisition and strategic land assembly through to plot sales via our dedicated New Homes conveyancing team. We also act for a number of high profile local, regional and London based corporate occupiers and large corporates/entities in the “third sector”.
The team is friendly and supportive and this a great opportunity to join an exciting team looking to grow.
You will be based at our North Hill office, after a period of training, you will have the opportunity to work from home part of the week within a paperlight environment with essential IT equipment being provided to you.
