Lydia is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family work relating to Divorce and the associated Financial matters as well as disputes between parents relating to the Arrangements for Children.

Lydia joined the firm in 2004 shortly after graduating from University and then qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008 gaining her Fellowship in 2010.

Lydia has therefore dealt with hundreds of cases and whilst she continues to regularly advise on matters of divorce she also acts for married and un-married or cohabiting couples in the preparation of separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and applications for financial orders as well as in disputes about arrangements for children both in and out of court.

Lydia is a member of Resolution which means that she is required to comply with a Code of Practice which promotes the resolution of problems arising from family breakdown in a constructive and non-confrontational way.

Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, ballet classes and going to the theatre. She has also been known to enjoy a spot of retail therapy!
