Sophie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and works in our Residential Conveyancing Department.

Sophie has worked in conveyancing since 2012 and joined the Residential Department at Wolferstans in 2015. Sophie acts in all aspects of residential property transactions including residential sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new leases, re-mortgages and new building properties.

Sophie has also assisted within the Newbuild Properties Team, in the purchase of newly-built leasehold flats and freehold houses from developers across a number of sites in the South West. Sophie also has a vast experience with the Shared Ownership and Help to Buy Schemes.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys venturing outdoors, discovering new places and spending time with family and friends.
