Local Law Firm Sitters & Co joins Wolferstans Solicitors
Sitters and Co was set up by Norman Sitters some 70 years ago and has served the people of Plymouth, the surrounding area and members of the Armed Forces ever since. From 1 October 2013, the amalgamation sees staff from Sitters move with the Firm’s principal solicitor and sole director John Parish to Wolferstans North Hill office to cover wills, trusts and probate, conveyancing and family work. The move underlies Wolferstans commitment to continued expansion of its thriving private client offering.

I had a responsibility to place this healthy firm with another who shares those values and who will ensure that generations of clients are looked after, as they have been at Sitters. They can trace their history in Plymouth back even further, having recently celebrated their 200th anniversary. Clients will gain the advantage of access to many new services and areas of expertise in the future, by virtue of the wider range of legal services which Wolferstans provide. However, despite their size, Wolferstans are known for their personal approach to clients and are proud of the relationships that they build.
