Wolferstans appoint two new Partners

Two members of the Commercial department at the local law firm Wolferstans have been promoted to the position of partner.

Samuel Woods and James Twine have been associates with the firm for a number of years.

Samuel handles all areas of commercial property including investment and development acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord and tenant matters. He has particular experience in acting for mixed use developers and clients in the retail and healthcare sectors.

James is an employment and education specialist who acts for both employers and employees in relation to all aspects of employment and industrial relations. James is an experienced Tribunal advocate but spends a significant proportion of his time delivering business advice to employers.
