Our New Partner – Paul Bramall
Wolferstans is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Bramall as a Partner in their Commercial Property team. The appointment supports the firm’s growth strategy of continuing to build its rapidly expanding commercial department and its focus on recruiting and retaining the very best legal professionals.
Paul qualified in 2006 and brings a wealth of experience, having spent the last 8 years at Womble Bond Dickinson where he acted for a number of regional and national household names. He comes “”recommended” in the Legal 500 (the leading guide to law firms and solicitors in the UK) where he is recognised for his experience in guiding clients through the real estate cycle, including advising on acquisitions, development agreements, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters, disposals and distressed sales.
