Recycle your chocolate tubs this Christmas and help Dartmoor Zoo!
We all love a tub of chocolates this time of year, (or maybe 2 or 3…), but what do we do with the tubs once all the chocolates have gone?!
This year Wolferstans have teamed up with waste management company Devon Contract Waste, who have pledged to donate all the money they make from the recycled plastic granules generated from the recycling process to Dartmoor Zoo. The funds raised will help to continue their conservation work and support the animals. The amount of money they donate to the zoo will depend entirely on how many tubs they collect as the plastic granules are sold by the tonne.
Chocolate containers such as Quality Street, Roses, Celebrations, Morrisons Mega Mix, Chocolate Treats by Sainsburys and Miniature Heroes can be brought into any Wolferstans office and don’t forget any tubs at your children’s schools, your friends or families’ houses! Recycle your chocolate tubs this Christmas with Wolferstans and Devon Contract Waste and help raise vital funds for Dartmoor Zoo.
The final collection day is Friday 17th January 2020.
