Tea & Talk Sessions
Wolferstans’ commitment to and integration with the local community, has been a permanent fixture throughout its 200+ years of history.
Our Plymouth based law firm, based in North Hill, with satellite offices in Plympton and Plymstock, prides itself in supporting our community by providing free information seminars to the public, volunteering at local events, buying from local businesses, and fundraising for local charities.
With that being said, our Wills and Trust department have been making continuous efforts to arrange numerous events for our community. For example, last winter we visited local retirement and care homes over the festive season, providing residents with a choir of Christmas carols and mince pies.
After the success of our visit and realising how much joy it gave to the residents, the team have decided to host ‘Tea & Talk’ sessions at other local retirement homes. We will be visiting retirement homes in Plymouth to meet with the residents, and their family and friends, to serve tea and cake and be on hand to answer any questions regarding Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate or any other relevant matters.
We understand that residents can often feel lonely and sad during this time in their lives, and the team, which includes Compassionate Friends, would like to be there for our community, when they need us.
