Holly has worked in Medical Negligence for nearly ten years. The breadth of Holly's expertise is truly remarkable, with particular expertise and interest in complex adult and paediatric brain injuries. However, what truly sets Holly apart is her commitment to the wellbeing of her clients.
Holly fights for her clients to obtain an admission of liability as soon as possible, to secure payment from the Defendant. Holly prioritises rehabilitation for her clients, using the interim funds to secure vital therapies and support both for her clients and their families.
Holly has recently settled a claim for a family who received appalling treatment whilst in the neonatal intensive care unit. Holly’s client has said:
